Correct installation, debugging and maintenance are important links to ensure stable operation and extended service life of rack. During installation, the rack installation datum should be flat and firmly fixed, and the meshing clearance with matching gears should be uniform to avoid impact, noise or increased wear caused by too large or too small clearance. During debugging, check the smooth operation without jamming or abnormal sound in the whole moving range. Regular lubrication should be carried out during use, and appropriate lubrication method and medium should be selected according to operating environment and frequency to reduce tooth surface friction and wear.
After long-term operation, check rack wear, fixing bolt tightness, meshing state, etc., and adjust or replace in time if abnormalities are found. In environments with much dust and debris, protective measures should be added to reduce impurities entering the meshing area. Standardized installation and maintenance can effectively improve rack transmission reliability and reduce equipment downtime risk.
